Organizational Chart

Development Hub Initiative (DHI) at the apex has a Board of Directors made up of 9 members who formulate and provide support on the implementation of the policies of the organization while the Executive Director is the head of programmes and is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the organisation. S/He is also the chief accounting officer of the organisation. For administrative convenience and ease of operations, the organisation is divided into the following units:
FINANCE UNIT: Takes charges of all financial transactions of the organization.
PROGRAMME UNIT: Manned by Program manager and is responsible for coordinating the entire programme activities of the organization.
ADMINISTRATIVE UNIT: This is manned by the Admin Manager who oversees all administrative programmes and activities of the organization with approval from the program manager.

• We have a total of 8 key staff with their role clarified and well defined.
• Development Hub initiative has a total of 54 Ad-hoc staff across Benue and Taraba States.
• DHI has operational organizational policies in place.
• We have strong, reliable and operational accountable and financial systems.
• We have a good working relationship with the government and community leaders/members.
