Development Hub Initiative (DHI) at the apex has a Board of Directors made up of 9 members who formulate and provide support on the implementation of the policies of the organization while the Executive Director is the head of programmes and is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the organisation. S/He is also the chief accounting officer of the organisation.
